Series of festivals start with the month of August. And due to this festive season, there are often big releases in the month of August. There are five Friday in August and four big films are being released on last four Friday. There is no big film released on first. So short film-makers have captured this Friday. Chor Chor Super Chor, Rabba Me kya Kru, B.A. Pass, Main Hu Surya Singham-2 (Dub), Bachan (Dub) will be released on this first Friday.
From these films, only B.A. Pass is worth watching. Rest are not too interesting to attract the viewers.

On August 9, one of the biggest films of the year 'Chennai Express' will be released. Because of the Eid holiday, this film is likely to get tremendous opening. Shahrukh and deepika padukon are in main lead role in this films.
Independence day is on Thursday this year. To take advantage of it Ekta Kapoor is releasing her film 'Once Upon a Time in Mumbai dobara' on third Friday of August. This film is being released just after 6 days of Chennai Express released. Akshay kumar, Sonakshi Sinha and Imraan Khan starring this film is also one of the biggest releases of the year. Chennai Express and Once Upon a Time In Mumbai Dobara will also get benefit of Rakshabandhan holiday.
The fourth Friday, on August 23 John Abraham to be back with his film 'Madras Cafe'. Promos of this film are much praised. John is also a producer of this film.
On the last Friday of August, Prakash Jha's 'Styagraha' would be released with starring Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgan and Kareena Kapoor. Vaar chhodo Na Yaar would also be released with it and will give great competition to this movie.
So overall in August, cinema lovers will find a feast of all great movies.
